Having Difficult Conversations With Followers

One of the most dreaded moments for many organizational leaders is having difficult conversations with poor performing staff. While such conversations are always challenging, there are many things leaders can do to create contexts that minimize the difficulty of such moments. In this workshop participants will explore how leaders can engage in intentional design of strategy and culture as a way of creating contexts that make having difficult conversations easier. In addition, they will explore how to use coaching as a framework for facilitating difficult conversations.
